Avaya IP Phone J129
The first model in the J100 Series is the Avaya IP Phone J129. The J129 is the lowest-priced model in the family. It is designed for public or walk-up locations such as lobbies, hotels, meeting rooms, student dormitories and retail locations. It can also be used by anybody with basic communications needs. The J129 IP Phone works with Avaya Aura®, Avaya IP Office™ as well as with Avaya Approved Third Party Platforms.

The next model in the J100-series is the Avaya IP Phone J139 which has been shipping since July 2018. It is an upgrade from the J129 and is designed for business users that need only the most frequently used features. Avaya J100 Expansion Module
The J100 Expansion Module can be attached to either Avaya IP Phone J179 or Avaya IP Phone J189. When used with the J179 & J189 IP Phone, it operates in color. If a single Expansion Module is attached, it provides 3 pages of 24 configurable buttons. If two or three J100 Expansion Module are attached, each offers a single page of 24 configurable buttons.
